Little Portland Street’s Cookery School Alternative Afternoon Tea

Make Your Own Traditional British Afternoon Tea

Cookery School at Little Portland Street celebrates the most quintessential of British culinary traditions with their Make Your Own Traditional British Afternoon Tea class.

From lemon curd tartlets and the lightest of savoury and sweet scones served with home-made jam to delectable finger sandwiches and Scotch eggs, the class will reveal the fine art behind tasty tea-time treats.

Using the best of locally sourced British ingredients, you will learn how to make a feather-light Devonshire cream cake with whipped cream, topped with an Original Beans chocolate ganache, both sweet and savoury scones and lemon curd tartlets alongside dainty sandwiches made with freshly bread baked and mini Scotch eggs.
