• New operator of luxury driving tours for “discerning enthusiasts”
• Driving tours around Scotland and Wales in 2015
• Focus on luxury hotels and fine dining
Supercharged Tours, a new operator of luxury driving tours, is pleased to announce two UK-based events taking place in 2015. The Best of Scotland and Wonderful Wales tours will both focus on great driving roads, luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants.
Supercharged Tours has been launched for discerning car and driving enthusiasts, with each all-inclusive event including stays at spa hotels, meals at Michelin-starred restaurants and exclusive access to race circuits. The company is launching with two UK-based events this summer and the addition of a European tour to the schedule in 2016. Bespoke tours will also be available on request for corporate and private groups.
The first tour will show off the best of Scotland, taking participants on an all-inclusive five-night trip this July. Starting by the banks of Loch Lomond, the route includes a visit to Skye, some stunning Highland roads, a stay at the superb Gleneagles Hotel and exclusive access to the Knockhill Racing Circuit on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
The second tour is a four-night event designed for those that want to experience the best of Wales. Participants will enjoy driving some of the UK’s greatest roads, including the Black Mountain Pass and Llanberis Pass, as well as some Michelin-starred dining and wonderful accommodation. The Wonderful Wales tour will also include exclusive access to the Anglesey Circuit.
Alex Christou, founder of Supercharged Tours, commented: “More and more people are looking to embrace their love of cars and driving on the wonderful roads that we have here in the UK and in Europe. Supercharged Tours was created for those that truly want to experience the best that these regions have to offer. This means the best food, the best hotels and the best driving experiences.”
By keeping numbers to no more than 10 cars on each tour, Supercharged Tours will run intimate events that have the benefits of a well-planned driving tour without the drawbacks of being in a large group.
