The Chocolate Show is pleased to announce a whole host of brand new experiential features for the London edition of The Chocolate Show, held in Olympia’s National Hall, 16-18th October.
Renowned French chocolate maker Valrhona will be hosting a pop-up dessert bar, with patisserie Belle Epoque and there’ll be cocktails with a patisserie twist from Cosy. These exciting features join already announced highlights including live chocolate making from the bean in the HB Ingredients Bean To Bar Factory and children’s activities with Charlie & The Chocolate Factory the musical.
Visitors will be able to sample the delights of French patisserie as Valrhona and Belle Epoque open a pop-up dessert bar with a choice of four desserts created with 4 different chocolates, dark, milk, white and blonde available to eat at the show or take home. Together they will showcase four delectable desserts that have been developed by Belle Epoque’s Eric Rousseau and his team.
Cosy cocktails will offer visitors a refreshing gourmet experience, with unique cocktail masterclasses run by their pastry expert. Bookable in advance, you’ll learn how to create gastronomic patisserie inspired cocktails that visitors can then sip with a straw and eat with a spoon! Tastings of Cosy’s whole range will be available, including two new cocktails launching at The Chocolate Show: Cosy Chocolate Fudge and Cosy Chocolate & Raspberry Cake.
The Chocolate Show’s official cooking appliance supplier, Stoves, whose made-in-Britain cookers and hobs will be taking pride of place in the event’s Chocolate Theatre, are generously offering one very lucky show visitor the chance to win a Stoves range cooker of their choice, worth up to £2,000! Head to the Stoves stand for more information and to check out the Richmond Dual Fuel Range Cooker, which will be on display.
